Thank you for your interest in Amplify! There will be new leadership challenges and opportunities in the year ahead of us. As we prepare to meet them, we hope Amplify serves as a catalyst for ideas, community, and change.
To date, Amplify has engaged more than 300 participants from 20 institutions across the U.S. and Canada. Participants report increases in their personal growth, confidence, leadership development, sense of belonging, and systems thinking.

Program Overview
Amplify is an eight-week learning experience that increases women’s capacity to address gender inequity at the personal, leadership, and organizational levels. The program is for women who work in educational advancement (colleges, universities, and K-12 schools), although exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Every week, more than 100 women participate in large-group sessions followed by debrief meetings at their home institution.
When I joined Amplify, I felt unsure about my place within my institution. My eight weeks in Amplify completely changed how I interact with my professional self and my workplace. Not only did I meet women who are now friends, collaborators, and office allies, but I learned how much power I actually have within the organization.

History
Amplify launched in 2020 as a collaborative effort between CASE D1, Dartmouth College, and Boston University. Seed money from the CASE D1 Venture Fund supported Amplify in its first year until the program became self-sustaining through program fees.
Meet the founders of Amplify, Alexis Kanda-Olmstead and Amy Bronson, and learn more about the program by watching “From Me to We: Advancing Women in the Profession” from the 2021 CASE All Districts Conference.
Amplify was recognized by CASE at the District level with awards in Talent Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In 2021, Amplify received the CASE Circle of Excellence Grand Gold Award as a “game-changing” talent management program.
